# Wait for operator review

> New organizations can email outside addresses only after an operator review. What you can do meanwhile, and what changes after.

Atmark is in beta. You can sign up right away. Sending to outside addresses opens once an operator has reviewed your organization. This is the same on every plan.

## What you can do during review

If an agent sends mail during review, the result is `denied` with the reason `org_pending_review`.

## Where to see review status

- The banner at the top of the console
- **Review status** under **Settings › General**

You don't need to request a review. Signing up puts your organization in the review queue automatically. There's no set time. If the banner is still there after a few days, [contact support](https://docs.atmark.ai/en/help/contact) with your organization name and owner address.

When review is done you don't need to do anything: the banner goes away and sending opens. Organizations that pass review get the Beta plan for the beta period.

## If sign-up was declined

If the banner says sign-up was declined, an operator rejected the organization after review. Its agents are on hold, and you can't release them from the console. If you think this is a mistake, [contact support](https://docs.atmark.ai/en/help/contact).
