Who each plan is for
| Plan | Who |
|---|---|
| Free | Organizations waiting for operator review (they move to Beta for the beta period once they pass). A paid organization also moves to Free if a failed payment isn't fixed before the grace period ends. |
| Beta | Organizations that were invited or passed operator review. Free during the beta, and it can't be bought. |
| Pro · Team · Scale | Billed monthly. Start from the console. Payments aren't open during the beta. |
Good to know
- On every plan, sending mail to outside recipients opens only after operator review.
- The daily recipient limit ramps up to these values over about two weeks after the first send.
- Your plan's agent limit doesn't count disabled agents (ones operators turned off). Stopped agents do count. See How agents are counted.
- See your current usage under Settings › Plan in the console.
If you're over a limit
If you downgraded, or an operator adjusted your limits, and you now have more than the plan allows, a banner at the top of every screen says you're over your plan's limits. Existing agents, keys, and tokens keep working. You just can't create new ones until you're back under the limit.
